General Questions

Which is the public IP of server ?

The public IP address is the main shared IP address of your server.

There are lots of tools available to find your server's public IP. You can also use the following command from server shell to find the public IP of your server.


Recommended Method:
# /usr/local/eenos/bin/eenoslicense -ip
Curl Method:
# curl https://verify4.eenos.com/myip/
Alternate Command:
# dig +short txt ch whoami.cloudflare @1.0.0.1

This will let you know the status of the license. The status codes available are as follows,


Re-Issued

We have already issued the license, but there is no request received from your server to use the license.


Active

Your license is active and it is in use by the server.


Suspended

Your license is suspended. You need to contact support to unsuspend it.


Terminated

Your license is terminated, so you can't use Eenos in your server.

You can reissue it from your client account with us. Please note that only active licenses can be re-issued.

License IP

You can change IP of any active licenses from your client area. But you are only allowed to change the IP once in 30 days.

How can I cancel a license?

You can send a cancellation request from your client area . Every cancellation requests will be processed at the end of the billing period only.

You can check your server firewall and make sure that you can connect to this website.


You can test the connection with the following command,
# curl https://verify4.eenos.com/myip/

If the result shows your lilcense IP, it means that the connection is ok.

Eenos will cache the license for 15 to 30 days in your server. So, even if the license server is under maintenance, your control panel works fine.

You can open a support ticket from your client area. Our support includes basic server issues and complete Eenos support for any valid license.

Yes, we do. Our premium support includes complete technical support for your Eenos server. You can activate it along with your license.

We usually respond to technical support requests within 30 minutes on working hours. But we have 24 to 48 hours response or resolution for technical support in general.
